Chocolate Strawberry Cookies

One of my favourite things (and biggest frustrations) about English grocery stores is that even the same chains have totally different stock when it comes to chocolate and baking goods.  Beardy Fiance is laying down the law on my chocolate stash.  I have a bit of a compulsion that I tend to buy any interesting chocolate I spot when I’m out and about and stick it in my chocolate shelf.  Unfortunately, when we’re busy (which let’s be honest – is pretty much all the time!), the shelf becomes rather crowded.

So prepare – it looks like looks of cookies and brownies ahead.  This is just the beginning…..  But really, can you blame me?  I never know if I’ll find the chocolate elsewhere!  The only place I’ve been able to find this Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Strawberry & Creme is my local Co-op – but it’s been the basis for a great cookie.
