I am one of life’s planners. I like to have things organised. Every week, I make a food plan for dinner before plotting out my shopping list. Then I make a plan as to what I’m baking and make a giant grocery list. Sad? Maybe. But there’s so many things in life that we can’t control, that I’m not going to tear myself up over the few things I can.
This was a rare act of spontaneity for me. I saw it, I wanted it, I jumped up and baked it. I had all the ingredients in my kitchen, so I figured: what the hell. I want – I’m making it!

Peanut Butter Sandwiches (from Picky Palate)
Milk chocolate (would suggest about 400g)
Graham Crackers (about 8 small graham cracker squares per 400g chocolate)
Peanut butter (half of a small jar would do)
